Information we collect

• ·Contact info: your name and email (and phone if you provide it).
• ·Photos you submit for a posture assessment (in fitted clothing — we never request nude or near-nude images).
• ·Assessment data: the posture measurements and scores we generate from your photos.
• ·Payment info, if you purchase (handled by our payment processor — we don’t store full card numbers).
• ·Basic usage/analytics data about how you use the site.

How we use it

• ·To create your posture assessment, score, and coaching recommendations.
• ·To communicate with you about your results and, with your consent, marketing.
• ·To improve our screening tool — only if you separately opt in (see below).
• ·To process payments, provide support, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI and third-party processing

We use third-party AI and cloud providers to help generate your assessment. They process your data under contract as our service providers and are contractually prohibited from using it to train their own models. We minimize what we send — where possible we use derived measurements rather than your raw photo.

Your photo & dataset choices

Improving our tool is optional and separate from getting your assessment. When you submit photos, we ask separately whether you agree to let us keep them to improve the tool — this is off by default. If you don’t opt in, we use your photos only to produce your assessment and then delete the originals, keeping only the derived measurements. You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing andrefoundry@gmail.com.

Retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing andrefoundry@gmail.com; we’ll delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law. Original images are deleted after your report unless you opted in above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither). To exercise a right, email andrefoundry@gmail.com. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The services are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information or images from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact andrefoundry@gmail.com and we’ll delete it.
